The altitude training mask may look bad ass and "totally" make you look like Bane, but is it optimizing your workout or actually DECREASING your performance? To read more about this hotly debated topic, check out my latest article co authored with James Darley, here on Tony Gentilcore's Site

The breakdown today for all my classes was effort. All I ask for is effort and willingness to get uncomfortable each session. The rest will come.

Went down memory lane this weekend while on a visit to see two very special people in my life.
My grandad is the epitome of a gentleman and my granny is a real life Wes Anderson character; quirky to the max and I wouldn't have it any other way.
They have both taught me so many lessons that will be passed on to the future little ones.
The past 5 days has been a blast not only diving deeper into the Strength/Power & Speed EXOS Methodology, but also meeting folks just as passionate about learning and getting their clients better each day.
What I love about pheonomal continuing education courses is that you leave with a 🔥 lit to keep getting better, to keep experimenting, and to keep refining the craft.
If you're looking at taking an EXOS continuing education course I highly recommend Tristan Rice as your instructor if it's an option. You will not regret it.
